At Niuform, we are proud to announce that we have obtained the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) certification (FSC® C110313), reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and ensuring that our production processes meet the highest environmental standards.
After a dedicated two-month implementation process, we are pleased to announce that Niuform has earned the FSC® (FSC® C110313) certification for all production processes. This certification reflects our commitment to sustainability and responsible forest management—core elements of our mission to lead in mass timber construction.
We are dedicated to expanding our products internationally, and FSC® certification plays a key role in achieving this objective. We have been working diligently to secure several export projects, and our prospective clients have confirmed the importance of having this certification to support sustainable construction projects in their respective countries. Alejandro Guerrero, our Mass Timber Project Manager, stated, “FSC®certification (FSC® C110313) is essential to ensuring the success of our export projects.”
The achievement of FSC® (FSC® C110313) certification at Niuform aligns with the 7.1 initiative, “Optimize value proposition for each segment and/or channel,” under the Client Pillar of the CMPC Maderas 2030 Strategy. Darwin Morales, Certification Manager, emphasized the importance of assuring customers that the wood used meets the highest standards of responsible and sustainable forest management.
Obtaining FSC® certification (FSC®C110313) marks an important step in our medium-term growth strategy. In response to the growing interest in mass timber construction in Latin America, this achievement positions us as a key player in the sustainable construction market. We remain committed to offering certified timber products that support sustainable development and excellence in our projects.
