PUERTECILLO HOUSE:
A MEETING OF WOOD, INNOVATION AND NATURE

A space that opens out to the sea and is built entirely of CLT and Niuform GLULAM, this house allows one to imagine the infinite possibilities of solid wood construction solutions, created in the spirit of a sustainable and environmentally responsible project..

For this house, the entire structure and enclosures were prefabricated and computer-machined at Niuform's plant in Los Angeles, Chile. This solution made it possible to design the complex geometry of the structure, while also responding to the requirements and limited access of the site. Field assembly took only 45 days.

Claro Arena

Claro Arena, located in Las Condes, Santiago, is an icon of contemporary infrastructure in Chile, both for the incorporation of exposed massive wood in its structural system, and for its conception as a multipurpose venue.

TAD Foundation Institutional Building

The TAD Foundation Institutional Building is part of the new campus of Talleres de Adaptación y Desarrollo (TAD), an organization dedicated to the social and labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.

Teletón O’Higgins Institute Gymnasium

The Teletón O’Higgins Institute Gymnasium is a facility designed to support rehabilitation processes and physical activity, incorporating a mass timber structure that combines construction efficiency, industrial precision, and high spatial quality for its users.

Cruz House

Cruz House is a project that clearly shows the many benefits of using Mass Timber and CLT. Thanks to the technology of these materials, this house was built in just two days, highlighting two essential qualities of Niuform CLT: speed and - more importantly - quality.

"Muñequitos" and "Pin Pin Serafín" Kindergartens

Thermal comfort and earthquake-resistant construction: two great qualities featured in the new "Muñequitos" and "Pin Pin Serafín" kindergartens built with CLT. This initiative, promoted by CORFO in conjunction with JUNJI, positions these kindergartens as the first to be built with this material.

CMPC BUILDING, LOS ÁNGELES

The CMPC building in Los Ángeles was primarily built with CLT and GLT-based solutions and features FSC® and LEED® certification, making it a landmark in sustainable architecture.

Santa Olga Footbridge

This project began as a CMPC initiative to rebuild an area that wildfires had consumed entirely. Today the Santa Olga footbridge shows off the best of this beautiful locale thanks to wooden architecture that combines perfectly with the surrounding nature.

MSPORTHORSES Stables

These stables, designed to hold 14 jumping horses, were mainly built with laminated timber and glulam; materials that gave shape to this beautiful structure, despite its complex geometry.
