Mass TimberIN PLUG AND PLAY FORMAT:


This project in Melipilla, a town in Chile’s Metropolitan Region, is an example of how Mass Timber and especially CLT is an efficient and democratized alternative for developing
structures designed for housing or private use. Little time, well used. Good ideas, well-executed.

The project, designed by architect Ignacio Cruz Turrel, was assembled in just two days, demonstrating an agile and dynamic construction solution for this double-height space. An example of what is possible to achieve with 20 cubic meters of Niuform CLT. Optimized answers for a sustainable solution.

Junji Kindergartens

Thermal comfort and earthquake-resistant construction: two great qualities featured in the new “Muñequitos” and “Pin Pin Serafín” kindergartens built with CLT. This initiative, promoted by CORFO in conjunction with JUNJI, positions these kindergartens as the first to be built with this material.

Puertecillo House

This project in Puertecillo bay excellently shows the meeting of mass timber with nature in an exceptional and inspiring environment.

Teletón O’Higgins Institute Gymnasium

The Teletón O’Higgins Institute Gymnasium is a facility designed to support rehabilitation processes and physical activity, incorporating a mass timber structure that combines construction efficiency, industrial precision, and high spatial quality for its users.

The TAD Foundation Institutional Building is part of the new campus of Talleres de Adaptación y Desarrollo (TAD), an organization dedicated to the social and labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.
